A mentor can be anyone who has a positive, guiding influence on another person’s life; a trusted friend or advisor, or those who help other people succeed and become the best version of themselves.
Our aim at Making A Difference Through Mentorship (MADTM) is to accomplish the preceding through what we call the Ethnos Equation which is: Purposeful Relationships + Authentic Accountability= Professional Responsibility.
MADTM has 3 distinct means of mentorship or assisting leaders to be the best version of themselves.
- Ethnos (people-centered) Leadership
- Overcoming Negative Thoughts--Think Like God Thinks
- Mentoring Moments Podcasts
These 3 platforms contain the principles and precepts by which we help senior leaders reinforce their present leadership skills and the leadership development of new or emerging leaders.
As we apply the principles discovered in these teachings, we authentically change lives "making a difference" one life at a time. Change is constant and unavoidable. The growing leader understands the need to continue to change and evolve to meet the next leadership challenge.
Through the 2 training courses mentioned above, and the Mentoring Moments Podcasts, the goal is to help others to self-evaluate and self-reflect in order to reinforce or further develop their present leadership mindset and skillset to “Make A Difference Through Mentorship “in any organization, or environment at any time and anywhere.
A guiding principle and precept embedded in the Ethnos Equation simply says, “Your life is writing a story, a chapter each day by the deeds you do and the words you say. People will read what your life writes, whether faithless or true. What becomes your life story is up to you.”
This philosophy of “writing your life story” by our actions, conduct, and deeds also contains the mindset of servant leadership and making your leadership a best seller amongst those you lead.
This further empowers us to “Make A Difference” in the world in which we lead and live. Further actualized by the fact that “practiced principles produce proficiency that becomes the leader’s heritage and legacy.” We look forward to you becoming a part of our Ethnos Nation of Leaders.
