Thank you for visiting our page today and welcome to Ethnos Leadership! The word “ethnos” in the original Greek is simply defined as “nations or people.”
The ethos of Ethnos Leadership is designed to be a “principle centered self-evaluating, self-reflective leadership process” that aims to balance people and our positions of leadership. Developing the ability to balance our positions with our people will further solidify trust and confidence from the leader to those that we lead.
Our definition of a principal at Ethnos Leadership is "a universal law that is true in any context, situation or environment." Leadership and mentorship are the opposite sides of the same coin. For leadership to be authentic there must be mentorship; you cannot have one without the other.
